Description
Inspired by Flanders Reds of old, blended from sour red ale combining 70% provision strength ‘young’ stock beer aged 4 months, with around 30% ‘mature’ stock beer aged in well used red wine casks for an average of one year. The combination of old and young beers has produced a complex sweet and sour flavour profile with a subtle oak character. This blend was re-fermented and conditioned on 100kg of dates.
