What do you get if you take Verdant's base Helles recipe, swap out the pilsner malt for UK Golden Promise, swap out the German Hersbrucker for UK-grown Hersbrucker, swap out the Bavarian lager yeast for the house Verdant strain, add a dry hop and perform a little decoction? Easy... you get Disco Italiano, of course. Clean but characterful, traditional but forward-facing, crisp but rounded, quenching and addictive. A collab with Italy's Birificio Italiano.
