Description
West Coast DIPAs are something to behold. Baron have stripped this back to a more modern take on the WC DIPA, with a much lighter colour from just one malt, Heidelberg. Hopped in every conceivable way. Mash hopped, bittered heavily up to 120 IBU. An enormous whirlpool addition. Dip-hopped with Simcoe and dry-hopped after fermentation. Columbus and Simcoe being the big flavours in the dry-hop.
