Description
This DIPA was brewed Brasserie du Bas-Canada. Built on Bestmalz light pilsner malt and fermented with Haze Heaven from WHC, it’s been lavishly hopped with hand-selected Citra and Mosaic from Yakima Chief, alongside Riwaka and Nectaron. A soft, saturated haze bomb bursting with mango pulp, crushed citrus, passion fruit, pineapple candy and white peach, with a bright lime-zest snap.
