Description
A collab with Marlowe Ales, New York. For this beer, Beak used Marlowe’s preferred yeast strain for hop-forward beers to maximise hop expression while keeping things soft, balanced and dangerously drinkable. Then loaded it with huge amounts of freshly landed Motueka and Nelson Sauvin hops, bringing saturated notes of lime zest and ripe mango.
